A snowstorm and prohibitive weather conditions called Fabio Duarte and Robinson Chalapud to another superb performance in Giro d’Italia stage 15, taking taking the bunch from Cesana Torinese to Col du Galibier. The 14th stage of the Giro d’Italia underwent severe route changes in the final moments ahead of the start, but those who expected an epic battle out of today’s race will not be disappointed.
